Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L of 2016 No. 119, p. 1) – hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, we inform you that:
- The administrator of your personal data is 7ANNA GROUP Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk (80-283), 20D Potokowa Street, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, number 0000880917;
- The controller has appointed a data protection officer. This is the person you can contact in all matters related to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights related to data processing. You can contact the inspector by e-mail at: a.kobylinska@7anna.com.pl
- Your personal data is collected for the following purposes:
- organization and implementation of the project under the name “Lifetime Warranty” (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”), including, mi.in others: accepting applications, verifying the entitlement to receive an additional guarantee in accordance with the Project regulations and considering claims under the additional guarantee granted, i.e. pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR,
- fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator in connection with the implementation of the Project and conducting settlements related to it, i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
- for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Controller consisting in determining the preferences and needs of the Controller’s potential customers, i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,
- for marketing purposes on the basis of your consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
- Providing your personal data is voluntary, however, it is a necessary condition for participation in the Project, giving consent to marketing via e-mail or phone is completely voluntary;
- The personal data provided by you will be made available to other recipients only in the cases provided for by law and if it turns out to be necessary in connection with the implementation of the Project, including entities whose services are used by the Administrator, if the performance of these services involves the need to share the data that the Administrator has received from you, and also to entities to which the Administrator has entrusted the processing of personal data, including those cooperating with the Administrator: accounting offices, law firms, couriers and entities providing IT services;
- Your personal data will be processed:
- in the case of data processing for the purposes of the organization and implementation of the Project – until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, which will be tantamount to resignation from participation in the Project, however, the Administrator reserves that in such a case it will continue to process your data for the purposes related to the fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, as well as for the purposes of realization of possible claims related to your previous participation in the Project. (in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) and (c) and (f) of the GDPR);
- in the case of data processing for the purposes of direct marketing of the Administrator’s products and services – until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data;
- in the case of data processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – until an objection is raised, unless the Controller demonstrates the existence of important legitimate grounds for the processing, overriding the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or grounds for the establishment, exercise or defence of claims;
- You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. The scope of each of the above-mentioned rights and the situations in which you can exercise them are indicated in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR;
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection laws; 9. The personal data provided by you will not be transferred to a third country within the meaning of the GDPR; We inform you that we use services and technologies offered by entities that are based in third countries within the meaning of the GDPR. Please be advised that the entities referred to in the previous sentence, when transferring data, rely on decisions stating an adequate level of data protection in countries outside the European Economic Area, have Privacy Shield certificates, as well as use standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and guarantee that they will comply with high standards of personal data protection that are in force in the European Union, Therefore, the use of their services and technologies in the process of processing personal data is lawful.
Please be advised that the collection of your data contained in the form filled in in connection with participation in the Project is aimed at determining your preferences and needs, and thus making it easier for you to make a purchase appropriate for your customer profile. Therefore, it should be borne in mind that this type of data processing involves the analysis of the customer’s profile in order to determine what their preferences are, and thus – what products and services best suit their style, in order to send them relevant information or suggest products that, in the opinion of the Administrator, may be of interest to the customer.
